I have observed a consistent misdeal across multiple dealers and sessions in one particular instance whereby dealer fails to draw a 3rd card to a 2 card banker total of 6 when player's 3rd card is 6 or 7. ( please correct me if I'm wrong )
Is this Bovada's own rules/version , or an oversight. Should we be concerned about this.
Would this affect house edge if it was in fact intentionally implemented as standard rules of play.

Will a dealer do this EVERY time the situation arises or just SOME of the time this situation arises?
I have never seen it dealt correctly. At first I thought it was an honest mistake but was unfamiliar with how to question it at that moment using round ID# and pit boss feature to call attention to it.
As I continued to observe over time, it happened repeatedly with various dealers which prompted me to question it openly. That particular situation is the only misdeal I have observed as the dealers appear to be quite competent and experienced overall.
My observations have been intermittent by day and time of day over a 2 month period.
